#Today I tried to teach my nephew to make a decision.
In the afternoon, I have 5 missing called from my eldest sister and her husband. I didn't hear my phone rang because I lied it at the desk and I was in the living room with my niece. Yup, she had a test for tomorrow. So, I accompany her to study.
After we finished it, my niece goes to the desk and she looked that her mom called and she gave the phone to me.
And I was surprised that my nephew not yet sent his English task. 🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️
So, my eldest sister asked me to help him to do the task. Because his teacher has noticed him send the task before 5 p.m. If he didn't do it, he will get 0 points.
His dad many times scolded him. I also grumbled to him.
Because he didn't know about the topic, so he gave up and admitted his mistake to his teacher. Finally, his teacher gave him a chance to join the remedial class on Friday. 😥😥😥
In the evening, I came to him. I saw the studies for the test tomorrow lazily.
So, I asked him to choose between his mother or me to help him with his study. He didn't answer directly. Many times he answers outside the option. And many times I confirmed to him that the option only 2 and he should choose.
I told him that the purpose of what I asked was for teaching him to make a decision. I also told about the risk of each option.
After a long time to think, finally, he chose me. So, I confirmed to him that he should follow my rules. And he agreed.
He was not stupid. He is just lazy. And why he became lazy? Because of his parents.
His parents treated him roughly, while his sister softly. It made him jealous. I knew that he needs his parents' attention. But no one understands.
I tried to approach him but he has made a barrier for me. I will just be patient to face him.
